FAQ

Meals are not provided at Ishigakitei or Nagi Otaya West & East.

Q: What options are available for meals?: A: You can cook or bring in your own food or order takeout meals from our partner restaurant, Yoshidaya (reservation required, 3,300 per person and up). Their dishes using seasonal ingredients are very popular.
Q: What kind of cooking equipment are available?: A: Ishigakitei has a gas cooktop, a rice cooker, a microwave, and a toaster oven. Otaya West & East only has electric cooking equipment like an induction cooktop and a microwave.
Q: Are there any restaurants nearby?Do you have any other partner restaurants?: A: You can order takeout dinner and breakfast from Tabibitono-Katarigusa, our partner café: https://www.takaso-yatsuo.com/
Reservation is required (min. order: 3 people).; A: Though not in walking distance, we can also take you to restaurants that will drive you home after your meal (Tenpuku Sushi and Arata). Let us know in advance if you’d like to eat at one of these restaurants.
Q: Are there any places nearby where we can get takeout food?: A: We recommend Hayashi Seinikuten (freshly made takeout food) and Sushiichi (pressed sushi including vinegared trout sushi, Toyama’s specialty food). Don’t forget to check their store hours!

Q: Do you have a parking lot?: A: Wherever you’re staying, please park at the parking lot of Ishigakitei (8 spaces). It’s a 5-min. walk from Otaya East & West.
Q: Can we get a shuttle ride if we come by public transportation?: A: We provide shuttle rides to and from Ecchu Yatsuo Station and Toyama Airport. Let us know your arrival and departure time.

What is the check in/ out time？: Check-in time is generally from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Q: How do we check in?: A: There is no front desk. You will check in inside the vacation rental.
Q: How do we check out?: A: When leaving, check that the door is locked and give us a call.
Is there a cancellation fee?: Cancellation must be made at least 5 days prior to your stay.After that date, the following cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the terms and conditions of this facility.
・5 days to 2days prior to arrival: 30% of the room charge
・Day before arrival: 50% of the room charge
・Day of arrival: 80% of the room charge
・In case of cancellation without notice on the day of stay: 100% of the room charge
